Our 20 m² sauna, built with a biodynamic sedum roof, holds more than 15 people and is, naturally, illuminated only with red light to support healing and recovery.


You can enjoy the sauna as a member or by joining our daily sauna sessions.

Our Founder

The founder of LUMÉ Gym is Mads Tömörkènyi, also the founder of MT Performance, a Copenhagen-based biomechanics specialist and longevity researcher.

For more than a decade, Mads has explored the world of human health to uncover root-cause solutions, particularly within fascia science and circadian biology.

LUMÉ represents the first step toward establishing a new standard of fitness.
